Hello GridTalk,
Just wanted to write a quick message and let you know that the Gates should be functioning again now.
The latest versions of OpenSim have introduced new changes and bugs. This makes it difficult to know whether an issue with the Gates is being caused by a bug in OpenSim or a bug in our system.
This post brought this issue to our attention and it should be resolved now.
Please remember that the best and fastest way to resolve any issue that you may have with your HyperGate is to use the Contact form on the web site: http://TheHyperGates.com/contact
I believe that soon we will be launching a Bug Tracking system that will also help us quickly resolve issues and heep the HyperGate Network functioning smoothly.
