After Further investigation unfortenetly it appears that for some reason we have found out that the Windows OS is missing from the partition on the main disk C: and I cannot find the reason why, only the disk d: is visible, it appears like the disk was formatted and Windows folder and the partition with Windows is broken or empty, the only way to fix this is to disconnect the disks temporarily install new disks, and reinstall the OS, after that we can connect the old disks back as USB so you can restore your data.
